The Day Before: Picnic and Rehearsal

This is a work party, meets welcome picnic, meets wedding rehearsal all-in-one! Feel free to come just to hang out, or sign up for a task and help us get ready for our big day. Beer and pizza, as well as non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. BYO picnic blankets, sunscreen, lawn games, and anything else you’d like to enjoy.

❋ Job/Task Sign Up Sheet

If you would like to help with prep and setup for the wedding, please review our job/task sign up sheet and put your name down for however you’d like to help out! This spreadsheet will continue to be updated as we approach the date, so please circle back in July to see what help is needed. Thank you for your consideration.

❋ Pizza Party

Pizza and beverages will be provided. We will have the pizzas delivered around 4:30-5pm. If you plan to arrive right at noon, you may consider packing a lunch or bringing some snacks to tie you over, especially if you are bringing little ones.

❋ Wedding Rehearsal

The ceremony rehearsal run through is scheduled to begin at 4pm. If you are a member of the bridal party or parent of the bride and groom, please plan to arrive before this time. If for any reason you are unable to attend, please inform us as soon as possible. Thank you!

❋ End Time

You’re welcome to hang out by the campfire after dinner—no need to rush off! Just keep in mind that a few of us who are staying on-site will be calling it an early night to rest up for the wedding, so we’d be grateful for a gentle wind-down as the evening goes on.
