WE MET

Chris and I were introduced by friends at a music festival at Darrington Bluegrass Park. Chris was immediately smitten and went out of his way to cross paths again. We bonded over our mutual love for food, nature, art, and random dance parties.

WE MADE IT OFFICIAL

Nearing my graduation from WWU, Chris and I made the mutual decision to stay together in Bellingham and maintain a serious relationship.

The following years would be full of concerts and festivals, camping, hiking, backpacking, road trips, one global pandemic, four different houses, and a very spoiled fur baby.

HE PROPOSED

In December of 2023, we had the unique opportunity to visit Thailand to attend a destination wedding. Having long dreamt of traveling together, we chose to extend the trip after the wedding and make a real vacation of it.

On the last leg of our journey, Chris took me up to a hidden mountaintop bar with panoramic views across the island of Koh Phangan. There, he got down on one knee and popped the question—and of course, I said yes!

WE MARRY

This summer we look forward to hosting the grandest party we will probably ever throw, surrounded by our nearest and dearest. We cannot wait to celebrate with you!
